My title came about while I was in church. My mother died suddenly. My whole entire world was upside down. I was truly going through it. It felt like I had been knocked down and couldn’t get back up. Days passed, months passed, and even years passed with me still going through the motions. Oh, but the GOD I serve came in and intervened. That’s when the healing began. It was hard. I would move two steps forward and 10 steps back. I went through all types of emotions. But in the midst, GOD was shaping and molding me for this project I’m sharing with you. On this site, you will find ways to work through grief and highlight the overcomer in you. Here is where you’ll find peace with GOD’s help. Here is where breakthrough will begin. I encourage you not to give up, but press in and get all that GOD has for you. (Proverbs 3:3-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths).
This blog is about overcoming grief. Here, you’ll get tools to help you navigate this new normal. They will encourage you and push you to get past this time. You will begin to live your life in peace as GOD would want you to. It’s not in his will that you should be sad; but to be free from sadness, loneliness and whatever you're feeling. These feelings shall not keep you in bondage. You will survive and you will conquer in the mighty name of Jesus! (Psalm 34:18. The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 147:3. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds).
