It’s Workout Day

Hi my fellow readers, Today we did a 10 minute workout I hope you joined me. We’ve talk about things that occupy our minds. Things that will help us find our new normal. Things that will help us to get out of depression, being lost, being sad, hopeless, and many other emotions we go through from losing our loved ones. One of the things we talk about in the pass was getting active. That could be working out, going for a walk or just doing something that will get you out the house. I once did a 30 minute workout but my feed back was that the workout was too long. So I’ve decided to shorten it and do a 10 minute workout. This workout is just a warm up to your full workout so I encourage you to continue to stay active and continue to Overcome
